The new house (bulit in 2011) with air-conditioning and pool for 12 people is situated in one of the best family districts of Balatonszárszó and it is equipped with new machines and furniture. The city centre can be reached within 2-3 minutes on foot. Nevertheless, the lake is 200 m away. Restaurants and grocery stores are 50-150 m away. A large garden belongs to the house with a swimming pool, parking spots for cars, with a small pond and BBQ.
