The renovated house with air-conditioning is situated in one of the best family districts of Siofok and it is equipped with new machines and furniture. The city centre can be reached within 2-3 minutes on foot. Nevertheless, the lake is 200 m away. Restaurants and grocery stores are 50-150 m away. A large garden belongs to the house with parking spots for cars, with a small pond and grill. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, the kitchen is very well-equipped with plates, glasses, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, cooker, oven and with a table for 6. Our vacation house is situated in one of the most silent district of Siófok directly on the shore of a fishing lake just 500 m away from Lake Balaton. The house contains 2 bedrooms on the first level. There is a bathroom with shower, toilette, a kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and a living room with TV set on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equipped . Two big balconies belong to the house with garden furniture and with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking is possible next to the garden in a closed area.

Caesar apartments
Caesar apartments are situated in the city center of Siofok only 2 walking minutes from downtown and 200m away from Lake Balaton and sailing boat harbour.
The holiday house contains 3 apartments for 2, 1 apartment for 4, 3 rooms for 2 and 3 rooms for 4 on three stories. On the ground floor you can shop in our grocery store. Right next to the house we also own a restaurant (pizzeria).

Our Siofok apartment is situated directly in the city center only 500 m from the beach and Coca Cola Beach House or Coke Club. The block of flats, where the apartment is, is equipped with a lift and is totally new built. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with nice view on the city.
The area of the holiday rental is 55 sqm. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms for 4 people and a bathroom. The living room contains a TV set and an air-conditioning. A big balcony opens from the living room with garden furniture.

Our summer hoiday home with pool, air-conditioning is in a quiet street in Siofok. Lake Balaton lies only 150 meter away as well es Coke Coke is also within easy reach - 5-6 walking minutes. Own summer cottage is ideal for 7 people. A big garden belongs to the house car park, BBQ, garden furniture and pool (3.5 × 5.5 × 1.5 m).

Boros holiday home
The house for 8-10 is situated not far from Siofok: the city centre and the beach can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
There is a safe parking possibility in the garden, where cars and motorbikes can be parked.
There is a nicely arranged garden, on the terrace garden-furniture, suntan, on the sunterrace sunbeds, playground for the children (with slide, see-saw, hammock).
Next to the sunterrace there is the pool, which is 7 metres long and 4 metres wide. The pool can be covered and is heated by sun-collector, so you can use the pool in bad weather too.
